Control automobile traffic.
As marathon runners come at you at the beginning of the race, they will be heading north on the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. You will direct marathon runners off the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail onto M-109 to continue heading north.

Later in the day, as marathon runners come at you near the end of the race, they will be heading south on the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, and you will direct them to continue south on the trail.
